Loren Gray

Gray's friends encouraged her to take up social media. The app has seen her achieve much more success with this platform than her peers. Her mother used the app in order to see her. Loren's fame on musical.ly is also spreading to other social media sites. The YouTube videos she made were posted on YouTube by random people that reacted. Gray was overjoyed by her success however, she and her family were not so thrilled. Instead of embracing her new initiative, they reacted against her. Many of her buddies even deleted their accounts and started attacking Loren. Loren said in an UPROXX Interview: "They wrote horrible things about me, claiming I was rude, got lip fillers and been treated. My albino was a problem, and I was anorexic. There was a lot of talk about how they gonna jump me to the point that I found myself in the bathroom of my school calling my mom telling that I was terrified." Loren's mother became worried about the state of her mental health and opted to get Loren out of the school.
