Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise is a popular American author, performer and actress best known for her performance as Ginger Grant in the 1960s television show Gilligan's Island. She began acting as a stage performer in the 1950s, beginning in Two's Company a musical by Bettle Davis. After that, she acted on Broadway throughout a range of productions until 1957 when Li'l Abner became big in the National Theatre. Her first music album called It's time for Tina during the same year. Louise's first foray in Hollywood was as Griselda as Griselda in the film God's Small Acre, which was a 1958 film. It received wide praise. Louise won the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the year category. At the time, she joined the Actors Studio in New York and became acquainted to Lee Strasberg as his student. The role that she was most famous for came with the year 1964, when she joined CBS to portray Ginger Grant in 1964. Louise performed a superb task of switching between Broadway and Hollywood. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. Stargate: SG-1 Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. But, over the last few years she's made her distinction as a producer of several popular TV series like Supernatural or The 100. Her birthplace was Essex on the 28th of August, 1965. Her family relocated to Toronto when she was just three which is where she spent the rest of in the adolescent years and childhood. After being chosen for the role as Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997. She she has been there for the last ten years.
